Before you order
What to expect when ordering an Almica collection piece.
How long does production take?
Every standard collection piece is produced after purchase, exactly as designed. Please allow 8–10 business days for production after order and delivery details are confirmed. Production time does not include transit or delivery scheduling.
Can a piece be made in a custom size?
Custom begins with an existing Almica design. Select pieces may be adapted in dimension, scale or available finish. Contact us before ordering so we can confirm feasibility, pricing and timing.
How does delivery work?
Enjoy free local delivery within a 20-mile radius of our Southern California studio. Enter your delivery address at checkout to confirm eligibility. Outside this area, freight is available throughout the contiguous United States, with shipping calculated at checkout. Delivery is scheduled after production is complete.
Can a made-to-order piece be returned?
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours. After that window—or once production begins—made-to-order and customized pieces are final sale. Verified freight damage or workmanship concerns are handled separately.
