Routine care
- Dust with a soft, dry microfiber cloth.
- For spills, blot promptly and wipe with a soft damp cloth.
- When needed, use a small amount of mild pH-neutral soap, then dry the surface.
- Avoid abrasive pads, powdered cleansers, bleach and acidic or solvent-based products.
Protection
- Use coasters, placemats and trivets beneath drinks, tableware and hot objects.
- Do not cut directly on the tiled surface.
- Avoid striking exposed edges with hard objects; porcelain is durable but can chip on impact.
- Do not sit or stand on tables or pedestals.
Moving
Never drag a piece. Clear the surface and lift from the structural base with enough people for the size and weight. Professional movers are recommended for dining tables and stairs.
Natural variation
Tile tone, sheen and placement will vary subtly from piece to piece. These distinctions are integral to the collection rather than defects.
