Terms of service

Please provide accurate contact, billing and delivery information. Prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout. Applicable taxes and delivery charges are shown before payment. A standard order requires payment at checkout; custom orders follow the payment terms in the written quotation. We will contact you if an order cannot be fulfilled or contains a material pricing or description error, and refund payments for any order we cancel. Price changes do not retroactively change accepted orders.

Production and delivery

Standard production is estimated at 8–10 business days after order and delivery details are confirmed, excluding transit and delivery scheduling. Custom timing is confirmed separately. Free local delivery is available within a 20-mile radius of our Southern California studio, with eligibility confirmed at checkout. Shipping outside this area is calculated at checkout for supported destinations. Delivery service and access requirements are described in our Shipping Policy. White-glove service or installation is included only when expressly stated in the service selected or written agreement.

Cancellations and returns

Made-to-order and customized furniture is subject to our Returns and Cancellations Policy, including the cancellation window, final-sale terms and remedies for damage, defects and shipment delays. Nothing in these terms removes any consumer right or warranty that cannot legally be excluded.

Product information and care

Consult the listed dimensions, finish and care instructions before ordering. Photography, styling and screen settings may affect the appearance of color and scale. Tonal variation and tile placement are inherent to the materials; this does not excuse a product that is defective or materially different from its agreed description. Confirm access through entrances, stairs and elevators before purchase. Use furniture only for its intended purpose and follow the care guide.

Website use and intellectual property

You may browse this website and use its information for personal shopping and project specification. ALMICA names, original designs and website content are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Do not reproduce content for commercial use without permission, misrepresent affiliation with ALMICA, interfere with the website, submit fraudulent orders or misuse another person's information.

Third-party services

Our store is hosted by Shopify. Payment and other third-party services may be subject to their own terms and privacy notices. External links are provided for convenience and do not make ALMICA responsible for the content of independently operated websites.

Changes and questions
