Every Almica piece is made to order and handled with care. Complimentary local delivery is available within 20 miles of our Southern California studio. Freight delivery available throughout the contiguous U.S.

Complimentary local delivery

Enjoy complimentary local delivery within a 20-mile radius of our Southern California studio. Enter your delivery address at checkout to confirm eligibility. Delivery is by appointment after production is complete.

Freight delivery

For destinations outside our local delivery area, freight rates are calculated at checkout based on the size of the piece and destination. Freight delivery available throughout the contiguous U.S.

Production timing

Standard collection pieces require 8–10 business days for production after your order and delivery details are confirmed. Custom adaptations are reviewed and quoted individually; their lead time begins after final specifications and payment terms are approved. Production estimates do not include transit time.

Delivery service

Delivery is by appointment. Service level may vary by destination and may include threshold, room-of-choice or white-glove delivery where available.

Access and placement

Before ordering, please measure all doors, hallways, stairwells, elevators and the final placement area. Customers are responsible for confirming adequate access and disclosing stairs, restricted streets, elevator requirements or other conditions that may affect delivery. Storage, redelivery, address-change and access-related charges are the customer’s responsibility.

Receiving your piece

Please inspect the shipment and packaging before signing the delivery receipt. Note any visible damage on the carrier’s paperwork, photograph the packaging and piece, and retain all packing materials. Report visible or concealed transit damage to us within 48 hours of delivery.

Outside the contiguous United States

Delivery to Alaska, Hawaii and international destinations may be available by special quote. Please contact us before ordering.

Changes to timing

If we cannot meet the shipment timing promised for your order, we will notify you with a revised estimate and offer the choice to agree to the delay or cancel for a full refund, as required by applicable law.
