Each ALMICA piece is made with a focus on craftsmanship, material, and finish. Because our furniture is handcrafted and made to order, subtle variations in tone, texture, pattern, and finish are natural and are not considered defects.
90-Day Craftsmanship Warranty
ALMICA warrants its furniture against defects in materials and workmanship for 90 days from the date of delivery.
If you believe your piece has a covered craftsmanship issue, contact hello@almica.us with your order number and clear photos of the concern. Once the claim is reviewed and confirmed, ALMICA will determine the appropriate remedy, which may include repair or replacement.
What is not covered
- Normal wear and tear
- Natural or handmade variations in color, texture, pattern, dimensions, or finish
- Scratches, stains, chips, cracks, or other damage caused by impact
- Damage caused by improper use, storage, cleaning, or maintenance
- Damage that occurs while moving or transporting the piece after delivery
- Alterations, modifications, or repairs performed by anyone other than ALMICA
- Damage caused by excessive weight, force, misuse, or concentrated pressure
Care
Clean with a soft damp cloth or a gentle, non-abrasive cleaner. Avoid abrasive pads, harsh chemicals, and concentrated impact to tiled edges and corners. Furniture should be lifted with adequate assistance rather than dragged, tipped, or loaded onto a single tiled edge.
This limited warranty is separate from ALMICA’s Returns & Cancellations policy and does not limit any rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
